A catalytic converter, valued at £300, was reported stolen off a 2003 Ford F-150XLT between Aug.

1 and Sept.

23 at Smith’s Tire and Auto in the 2100 block of Keystone Way, Oliver Twp.

Connie McCombs, 69, of New Bloomfield was traveling south in the 8000 block of Spring Road in Centre Twp. when her 2001 Subaru Outback struck two northbound vehicles at 4 p.m., Nov.

McCombs, who wasn’t wearing a seat belt, was seriously injured and taken to Holy Spirit Hospital by New Bloomfield EMS. She was cited with driving on roadways laned for traffic.

The other two drivers were using seat belts and were not injured.

A 17-year-old Duncannon male was traveling north at the intersection of N.

Market Street and Chestnut Alley in Duncannon when his 2005 Ford Escape struck a curb and pole at 6:50 a.m., Nov.

The teen was using a seat belt and wasn’t injured. He was cited with driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Hirt Towing and Recovery towed the car.

Joshua Blumenstein, 18, of Duncannon was traveling north on Susquenita Drive in Penn Twp. when his 2009 Ford Mustang struck a tree on a left curve at 4:53 p.m., Nov.

24, near Schoolhouse Road.

Blumenstein was using a seat belt and had minor injuries.

Duncannon Fire Company assisted at the scene. The car was towed Edkin’s Towing.

Ethan Ritter, 18, of Duncannon was driving east in 500 block of Lansvale Street in Marysville when his 2013 Hyundai Sonata struck a parked 2003 Mitsubishi Montero at 4:17 p.m., Dec.

1. Police said he fled the scene.

Seventeen minutes later, Ritter was going south on State Road in Penn Twp. when his car struck a sign near Burley Lane. He again fled the scene, police said, but later was located.

Ritter was using a seat belt and was not injured.

Among the charges being filed against him are driving on roadways laned for traffic and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.

A passenger in the car was not injured.

Kristianne Thomas of Liverpool was turning onto Route 11-15 from Route 17 in Liverpool when her 2015 Mazda 3 was struck by a southbound vehicle, described as a black truck pulling a trailer, which failed to stop, at 7:41 a.m., Dec.

Thomas was using a seat belt and was not injured.

Kent Dreibelbis, 63, of Allenwood, N.J., was traveling east on Route 322 in Greenwood Twp. when his 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe struck a guardrail and a tree and rolled over onto the driver side at 10:18 a.m., Dec.

2, near Old Ferry Road.

Dreibelbis was using a seat and was seriously injured. After being extricated from the vehicle by Millerstown Fire Company and EMS, he was flown to Hershey Medical Center by Life Lion. Charges of driving under the alcohol/controlled substances are pending an investigation.

The Tahoe was towed by Keller’s Towing.

Newport EMS assisted at the scene.

A 45-year-old Elliottsburg woman, in a 2008 Nissan Sentra, was arrested by state police for DUI at 8:46 p.m., Dec.

3, at S. Fourth and Mulberry streets in Newport.

A Duncannon man was struck in the face with a closed fist and scratched on the throat allegedly by a 28-year-old Duncannon woman at 1:43 a.m., Dec.

5, on Dellville Road in Wheatfield Twp. The woman was taken to Perry County Prison in lieu of £2,500 bail.

Erma Deiter, 82, of Shermans Dale struck a tree in the 5100 block of Spring Road in Carroll Twp. with her 2015 Chevrolet Equinox at 11:44 a.m., Dec.

Deiter, who was using a seat belt, had minor injuries and was taken to Holy Spirit Hospital by Silver Spring EMS. She was cited with driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Arthur Harris, 67, of Liverpool was driving north on Spring Road in Carroll Twp. when his 2012 Freightliner Columbia rear-ended a stopped 2019 Toyota 4-Runner at 12:01 p.m., Dec.

7, south of Valley Road. The Toyota was pushed into a stopped 2009 Hyundai Accent.

Harris was using a seat belt and wasn’t injured.

He was cited with following too closely.

The driver of the Toyota and a passenger were using seat belts and were not injured.

The driver of the Hyundai was using a seat belt and had minor injuries.

Joyce Mullen, 78, of Newport was traveling west on Creek Road in Oliver Twp. when she lost control of her 2003 Ford Explorer on a left curve at 4:04 p.m., Dec.

13, striking a tree.

Mullen was not using a seat belt and had minor injuries.

She was cited with driving on roadways laned for traffic and seat belts/safety restraints.
